Dr. John P. “Jack” Eriksmoen was born and raised in Glendale, California, and graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He subsequently served on the U.S.C. faculty as an Associate Professor of Fixed Prosthodontics, and in 1987 was honored as a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. He has lectured in the field of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Dentistry, and served as clinical investigator in an FDA Clinical Trial studying Migraine headache prevention using dental devices.
Dr. Eriksmoen has been active in numerous dental organizations, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the American Association of Hospital Dentists, the Academy of Dentistry for the Handicapped, the American Society for Geriatric Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, and is on staff at Hoag Hospital. He is a member of an ongoing continuing education seminar on Cosmetic, Reconstructive, and Implant Dentistry, has served twice as Chairman of Continuing Education and chaired several other committees for the Orange County Dental Society, and has been a Peer Review examiner since 1994. He has also served as an expert witness in numerous cases representing both dentists and patients.
Dr. Eriksmoen and his staff are dedicated to providing excellence in cosmetic and restorative dentistry in an atmosphere of maximum comfort and caring. Dr. Eriksmoen is the proud father of four children. Ashley graduated from Boston College (BS in Geology) before earning her MFA in Furniture Design at Rhode Island School of Design. She now makes wood sculptures and studio furniture and is Head of Workshop and Senior Lecturer at Australian National University School of Art in Canberra, where she lives with her husband Bryan and son Shep. August is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston. He lives with his wife Jessica and daughter Abby in Beacon, NY, near New York City. He is a Broadway Tony Nominated arranger and orchestrator. Brandi is a graduate of Tufts University (BS in Biology) and the University of Montana (Master of Public Administration), served in the Peace Corps in Morocco, and now lives in Baker, Nevada with her husband Ben and son Sam. Brandi is Executive Director of the Great Basin Heritage Area Partnership, a Non-Profit created to support the natural, cultural, historic, and recreational resources surrounding Great Basin National Park. Ryan holds a degree in Religious Studies from the University of Vermont and now resides in Sacramento with her husband Tre and their daughter Cayla. Ryan is a Youth Pastor and Spiritual Counsellor. The Eriksmoen family enjoys skiing, surfing, travel, and golf.
