Bill Wakefield was born in Schenectady, and raised in the San Fernando Valley and Lake Arrowhead where he graduated from high school in 1968. In 1970, he graduated from the two-year Dental Technology Program at Riverside City College with his certificate in Dental Technology. During this time he also served as a member of the Naval Reserve. Following graduation from the Dental Technology Program, he served two years active duty in the U.S. Navy. During the first of these years, Bill was assigned to the Dental Department of the U.S. Naval Station on Midway Island. His second year was spent aboard ship.

Upon separation from active duty, Bill was assigned to the Naval Reserve for the next two years. Bill has been working in the dental laboratory industry in Orange County since 1972. When he joined our staff in 1998, he brought with him 30 years of experience in the field, the majority of which has been as a dental ceramist. Bill has continued his training through many continuing education courses throughout the years. He provides us with exquisite porcelain laminate veneers.
